Stanley Kirk, II
Partner
Mr. Kirk started his career as a business and Technology Strategist with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and as a Financial Strategist with Grant Thornton.
He advises boards and CEOs regarding business transformations, digital strategy, restructuring, as well as created roadmaps to improve financial and operational performance.
With a deep knowledge of strategy and technology, he primarily works with health care, retail, and media executives, who want to understand how digital will provide a competitive advantage and grow profits.
He leads executive workshops for transformation initiatives to co-create products with customers while using data to drive decisions. He also works with private equity to assist in transforming portfolio companies into digital disruptors in an effort to maximize financial gains during an exit.
Mr. Kirk has studied strategy at the Harvard Business School - HBX, as well as holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Hampton University. He received an MBA from Madonna University and a post-MBA in Business Turnaround & Transformation Management from the University of Detroit Mercy. He also earned a certification in AI in Healthcare from the Stanford School of Medicine.

Tomika is an experienced business and technology executive with more than 20 years of experience in Healthcare, SaaS, and Manufacturing. She has served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for several global multi-billion-auto manufacturers. Her expertise includes improving the customer experience (CX), leading high-performing teams, driving digital strategy to accelerate transformation, and harvesting the next level of leaders.
Tomika earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy's Executive MBA program, a certification in Disruptive Strategy from the Harvard Business School HBX, and a BS in Marketing from Michigan State University.
She is also a published author of her non-fiction project, The Average Joe: An Extraordinary Father, which signifies the importance of the father-daughter relationship and the power of positivity. She engages the reader with wit, humor, and authenticity, in a voice that is uniquely hers.
